Coverage period
Caldrya warrants the product against covered manufacturing defects for one year from documented delivery to the original retail purchaser.
What is covered
The one-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the tub seams, valves, supplied hoses, chiller cabinet, controls, cooling system, filtration, and ozone components under normal residential use.
It does not cover punctures, abrasion, ordinary wear, freezing, incorrect water chemistry, blocked airflow, improper electrical supply, misuse, unauthorized repair, commercial use, or weather exposure outside the supplied instructions.
How to make a claim
Email [email protected] with the order number, product serial or model information, a description of the issue, photographs or video, and troubleshooting already attempted. Do not arrange repair or return freight without authorization.
Remedy
For a verified covered defect, Caldrya provides troubleshooting, replacement parts, authorized repair, product replacement, or a refund based on the nature of the defect. Authorized parts shipping is covered. On-site labor, disassembly, reassembly, access work, removal, installation, utility work, and customer-arranged freight are excluded unless Caldrya authorizes them as part of the remedy.
This limited warranty gives specific legal rights. The customer may also have rights that vary by state, and this policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
